Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using NerixPay services. These constitute a legally binding agreement.
01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NerixPay's services, including our website, mobile application, and debit card services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with 30 days' notice for material changes.
02.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NerixPay services. By creating an account, you represent that you are a legal adult in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and are not subject to any sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit use of our services.
03.Account Registration & KYC
To access full features, you must complete our identity verification process (KYC). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
04.Permitted Use
NerixPay services may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, purchasing illegal goods or services, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of prohibited activity immediately and without notice.
05.Card Services & Fees
Your NerixPay card is issued subject to our current fee schedule, which is published in your account dashboard. Fees may change with 30 days' notice. Cashback rewards are credited monthly and subject to our rewards terms. ATM withdrawal limits, foreign transaction fees, and cashback rates vary by card tier.
06.Cryptocurrency Conversions
Cryptocurrency-to-fiat conversions are executed at the market rate at the time of transaction. NerixPay is not responsible for losses arising from cryptocurrency price volatility. Conversion rates include our spread, which is disclosed in our fee schedule. Transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
07.Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NerixPay's liability is limited to the amount of fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
08.Dispute Resolution
You agree to resolve disputes with NerixPay through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its rules. Class action lawsuits are waived. You must notify NerixPay of any dispute within 30 days. This clause does not apply to disputes involving intellectual property or injunctive relief.
09.Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. NerixPay may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, any outstanding balance will be settled and remaining funds returned within 30 business days.
